How we move from inquiry to long-term operation
Define the Fit
At the outset, Syntropic and its channel partners employ a sophisticated tool that automates battery development to simulate revenue streams, battery size, turnkey costs, and financing proforma’s for BTM, FOM, and multisite developments. Once a project is deemed bankable, we work with our channel partners for project execution.
Match the Solution
Our channel partner leads intake and quoting, while we stay involved to ensure configuration reflects the real site environment, requirements, and guardrails. This is not a catalog selection.
Plan the Deployment
Once moving forward, the project is assigned to a dedicated project management team. Together with our technical team and the partner, we coordinate integration planning, logistics, and commissioning readiness.
Commission and Support
